Spring Mini Session Recap

This year’s Spring Mini Sessions were such a dream! I created a soft and timeless setup featuring flowing white sheets, beautiful florals, a simple wooden stool, and the sweetest spring vibes. Every session felt light, fun, and full of genuine moments that made each gallery so special.

I loved getting to capture so many smiles, laughter, and little in-between moments while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and natural. The combination of the soft backdrop and fresh florals made every photo feel bright, elegant, and full of springtime magic.

Thank you to everyone who booked a session and trusted me to capture these memories — these spring minis were truly one of my favorites!

What originally started as the perfect Spring Mini Session day quickly turned into a weather adventure. Our first session date was completely taken over by rain and heavy wind, so I made the decision to reschedule everything for the next day — only for the wind to return all over again. At one point, I was fully wrestling flying white sheets in the middle of the park while what felt like the entire park watched the chaos unfold. Thankfully, I remembered I had a pair of dumbbell weights in my car, and they completely saved the day by holding everything down long enough for us to continue sessions. Despite the unexpected weather and behind-the-scenes struggle, the sessions turned out absolutely beautiful, and honestly, the chaos just made the memories even better.

GOLDEN HOUR LOVE

To make the sessions even more special, I ended each one by letting the kiddos take their own little Polaroid photo home with them. Watching their excitement as the photos slowly developed was honestly the sweetest way to wrap up each session. It added such a fun and personal touch to the experience, and I loved seeing them leave with a tiny memory in their hands before their full gallery was even delivered.
